🔎 Vital is looking for a Frontend Engineer to join us on our mission to revolutionize how healthcare is delivered today.

💻 Vital is an API for at-home health data, and we are making it easy for developers to build virtual-first healthcare apps on top of our platform. We have built a wearables API and at-home test kit API and our current docs can be found at docs.tryvital.io.

💪🏽 Some of the early challenges you could be working on:

• You will own our Dashboard and the entire frontend. A good number of customers use the Dashboard to order tests and check orders through our dashboard.
• We want to explore other product verticals in the near future. Some of these are quite UI-intensive, so your experience is invaluable.

👾 Our Tech Stack

• Python(Fast API), Go, Typescript, React, React Native, GCP.

📌 You'll be a good fit if...

• You like to wear many hats. We are a small team, with a lot of things yet to be figured out. You are comfortable operating in such an environment.
• You are comfortable with owning features and being the driving force behind them. We don’t have Product Managers. Engineers are responsible for managing their work.
• You care about the outcomes, rather than outputs.

🌳 Requirements

• Proficient with React (Typescript). You have 3 years of professional experience. You are also experienced with HTML and CSS.
• Good design sensibility. We don’t have a dedicated designer, so a lot of decisions will be left to you.
• Have good communication skills. You will interact with customers directly and on a daily basis.
• You are willing to do backend work. If you don’t have experience doing backend (with Python and Go) that’s not a problem.
