😈 The type of people we’re looking for

We want Shippers.

Ex-founders, people who have worked at startups in the past, people who walk the walk, have shipped their own personal projects/products to real users, and really anyone who’s made an honest effort to invent something that has a real impact. Above everything, we want people who take end-to-end ownership and make shit happen.

We don’t care about FANNG experience, degrees, your age, or what college you attended. But, we do care deeply about your history-building products that shipped to actual users.

• 👩‍💻 We tend to work 5-6 days a week. Monday - Friday for sure. People work Saturday or Sunday as needed.

🛠 Skills:

• Strong Full-stack software fundamentals (React, Node js, MongoDB, and more)
• Knowledge of and passion for AI applications. Ideally, you’ve played around with more than just GPT-4 and you like to stay at the cutting edge of innovation in the space.
• You can quickly learn how to work with services and tools even without previous experience
• Excellent written communication (design docs, specs, documentation, code reviews, post-mortems)
• Impatient with execution, but patient with results (aka you’re the type of person who makes shit happen)

Bonus points: startup experience, built AI apps, worked with more than just GPT-4, or personal interest in AI.
