We're a small engineering team but looking to grow considerably over the next 6-12 months. As we grow we are looking for an experienced engineering manager to take on some people responsibilities. You are likely to spend the majority of your time managing the team and hiring, however we do see previous engineering experience as a requirement. Some things you might be working on:
You'll be reporting directly to the Head of Engineering and will hopefully play a huge role in defining engineering culture at Spill. We're excited about this role and the impact you will have!
The current team setup is 7 software engineers with a mixture of seniority plus a Head of Engineering. We are looking to scale the team to about 25 by the end of 2022. Some things you might be working on: introducing a progression framework, working with our D&I team to improve diversity in the engineering team, and working with Head of Engineering to create a hiring plan.
