We are looking forward to continued growth in 2022 and need Software Engineers to help form a new development team responsible for creating and delivering a new addition to our product suite. As a Software Engineer, you'll be an integral part of a focused team of 3-5 software engineers together with QA, Devops and UX specialists. Software teams at Harver independently own domain services within our product-suite and are responsible for their development, maintenance, releases and integration.
These five principles are derived from Extreme Programming; we also eschew Scrum in favor of more Kanban and Lean styles of working. You should ideally have some experience with these concepts or be willing to learn and adapt them.
