We are looking to hire our first Growth Engineer to help grow Causal’s daily signups and improve retention by experimenting with growth channels, onboarding, and other methods in collaboration with sales, marketing and engineering.

You will

• Have a deep understanding Causal’s product and users
• Support sales and marketing functions through software
• Significantly improve signups, WAUs/ and retention through experiments and metric-driven software development
• Work with marketing and sales on Causal’s long-term growth strategy

You'll ideally

• Have a very strong product and business sense from working in or with Sales and Marketing
• Have 2+ experience writing code in a fast paced environment
• Have experience writing, presenting and designing your own content
• Have strong communication skills
• Have in depth experience working and collaborating cross functionally
• Have a Computer Science degree
